CRM for Universities

We partner with Universities and the Alumni departments to improve the management of their constituents. A CRM for Universities combines a modern, beautiful and responsive website integrated with the CiviCRM as the back-office to manage students, donors and alumni.

Carlos III University of Madrid adopted CiviCRM implemented by iXiam for managing their Alumni Program. The platform is integrated with their Central Authentication System (CAS) and with their Academic Management System. The Alumni department manages more than 50,000 former students, collects donation and member fees using SEPA standards. Electronic communications and events are also managed by CiviCRM.

CARLOS III UNIVERSITY OF MADRID

The Alumni department of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid relies on an integrated solution that combines a public portal, a collaborative intranet and a constituent management system for their members, friends and donors. The platform is based on Drupal Commons and CiviCRM. The project was completed with iXiam's Professional Services of Consultancy, Web Design, Development and Infrastructure Support.
